Looks like I got a website
Been a while since I touched this old place. I actually forgot it was here until I was on a Minecraft server and someone said, “skycatdog? Do you make comics?” Naturally, I said I didn’t. The comic section of my life coincided with my most immature years. This might just be a blog for me to vent and all now. I’m not gonna make any more comics, and I don’t plan on doing anything here unless I wish to write on the internet ’bout my life. In fact, I might just write a few things down now.
Minecraft. Big game, played by many. Little kids dominate the huge servers run by people who want to squeeze money out of your pockets by offering “perks” for donating. Good servers are hard to find, as most new ones are made by kids whose parents figure out how to start a server for them. But, finding that one good server can be a great experience. Of course, you could just play singleplayer, but where’s the fun in that? I found a great one, a roleplaying server, that I still play on quite a bit. Other servers have come and gone, but this one stays strong. It recently gave a much needed refreshment with a new campaign, which brought back quite a few members that left when things got boring. I have my own server, but that just runs so my cousins are constantly bugging me about playing on the servers I play on.
Roleplaying really works for me because it gives more than just going on a server, building a house, and trying to get all the diamonds before everybody else. It also ensures I have an unlimited source of food. Being on a roleplay server also gives you the chance to have a better social connection than getting someone to mine with you. It’s because instead of focusing your efforts on making the best house, you talk to people. And when you talk to someone in character, you tend to talk to them out of character as well. Therefore, we have formed a little group of people that have some sort of social value. I like it more than getting up and exerting unnecessary energy on something as simple as being social. Someday, the world will just communicate through computers and the like. I like to think of myself as a pioneer.
Well, that’s all I have to say now. Sorry, (probably none, but whateves) people wanting more comics. Find some other place to look at pretty pictures.
